Our reception is available for you daily from 08:00 to 21:00.
Cancellation conditions
- Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 30 days before arrival with some exceptions.
- In the period from 21.12.-05.01.25 and from 15.02.-07.03.25, as well as from 26.06.25-30.06.25 a cancellation free of charge is possible up to 90 days before arrival. Cancellation fees apply during these periods:
- 90 days to 31 days before arrival 30%.
- 30 days to 8 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the total price.
- From 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 90% of the total price.
We recommend that you consider travel insurance so that you don't have to worry about cancellations and early departures - you are in good hands with Europäische Reiseversicherung.

- For your four-legged friend we take the liberty of charging a flat rate of Euro 20,- per dog and night without food. It is only possible to bring your dog with you if you book in advance, as we only accept a certain number of dogs in our house.
- Please note that dogs are unfortunately not allowed in the double room Erika due to its size.
- Depending on demand, we charge a final cleaning fee of € 80. (e.g.: soiled sofas or beds).
- Your well-behaved dog is allowed in the hotel lobby, but it is not possible to take him to breakfast, dinner or to the bathing or wellness area.
- Whether lactose or gluten-free, we endeavour to fulfil your wishes. As we do not always have all the extra food you require in stock, advance booking is essential. We charge € 5,- per person and day for the extra effort and costs.
- Please note that we do not cook vegan.
- Our rooms are ready for occupancy from 03.00 p.m..
- If you arrive later than 6.00 pm, please let us know by telephone.
- On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10.00 am.

If you would like to eat out, please let us know in good time so that we can deduct € 10,- per person.
- The comfortable ski depots in the Nauders cable car centre offer plenty of space for the whole family's ski equipment. Skis, poles, ski boots and helmets are also dried automatically.
- Weekly price for 6 days for 2 adults and 1 child is € 72,-.
Ski passes are conveniently available from us at the reception.
You are welcome to pay in cash, by EC card or credit card (Visa and Mastercard).
€ 3,50 per person and night from 15 years will be charged separately.
A deposit of 30% of the total amount must be transferred to our account Hotel Erika,

- We spoil you with a culinary breakfast buffet with regional products, such as our muesli corner and homemade compotes
as part of half board:
- In the winter afternoons, we serve cakes and soups for our guests
- In the evening, a four-course menu of your choice with starter, soup, salad buffet, choice of main course, dessert and a selection of fruit and cheese
- our evening menu always includes a vegetarian main course and a children's dish
