- Good knowledge of German
- Experience in a comparable position
Performance-related pay (according to collective agreement with willingness to pay above the collective agreement)
5 or 6 day week, depending on agreement
Fair working atmosphere with an excellent basis for dialogue
Consideration for time off requests
Short communication channels and always an open ear
Accommodation in our newly built staff flats with their own shower/WC, kitchen and WiFi close to the hotel
Free car park, underground parking space by arrangement
